Dismantling the Good Girl
For women who have done the work, the therapy, the courses, the journaling, and still find themselves abandoning their own truth to keep everyone else comfortable. This is where you name the pattern that has been running your life.
This is for you if...
- You've done "the work" and still find yourself looping back into people pleasing, overgiving and overserving to prove your worth.
- You've spent your life giving everything to everyone else, and somewhere in it, you lost track of who you actually are.
- You say yes when you mean no, and you're tired of not knowing how to stop.
- You sense that healing alone hasn't dissolved this. You want to understand why.
- You're ready to stop performing the version of yourself that feels acceptable, and start living as the woman you actually are.
Inside the workshop
Three ways the Good Girl shows up
She isn't one fixed type. Most women carry pieces of all three. The workshop walks through each, and the free guides below help you sit with which feels most like home.
The Peacemaker
"If I keep the peace, I will be safe." She smooths over tension before it surfaces, and swallows her truth to protect everyone else.
The Chameleon
"If I become what you need, you will stay." She reads every room and meets it perfectly, and loses herself a little in every version.
The Caretaker
"If I take care of everyone, I will be needed." She holds it all together, and can't stop, even when she's desperately tired.
What this work looks like in real life
Three women. Three versions of the same quiet exhaustion. Three ways through.
- Laura had been a people pleaser her entire life. Through this process, she met the part of herself that had learned to keep everyone comfortable, and began an inner dialogue that allowed her, for the first time, to set firm boundaries without the fear that had always followed.
- Mary was a chameleon. She met every person in her life with the exact energy they needed, and she was utterly depleted by it. Through this work, she found a way to welcome the truest version of herself, and let herself feel safe enough to play only one role. Her own.
- Deirdre was so afraid of conflict that she became the peacemaker in every relationship she had. Through this work, she found the courage to stand in herself, without sacrificing herself on the altar of someone else's discomfort.
"Ciara has an extraordinary gift. The profound impact her work had on me is difficult to capture. I can't recommend her highly enough."
Mary · Cork"My life has completely changed because of my work with Ciara. Wonderfully down to earth and immensely practical. Beautiful love and unquestionable integrity."
Mandy · Dublin"Ciara works with integrity, kindness and presence. Empowering and deeply intuitive. It was a privilege to work with her."
