Sunrise · By the fire

Scream Club

Women gather at sunrise around a beach fire before walking together to the sea. Through guided meditation, intention setting, and collective voice, you're invited to release what has become too heavy to keep carrying.

Breakfast Gatherings

A longer, more immersive morning held in a beautiful natural setting. Meditation, reflection, embodied practice, nourishing food, and meaningful conversation, a chance to step fully away from everyday life.

Why the scream

The scream isn't the point. The ritual around it is.

It's permission: permission to express, to grieve, to feel angry, to stop holding everything together, even if only for one sunrise.

All the elements came together for an incredible experience at this women's circle. Each woman brought something to the meditation. It was wild, beautifully chaotic, raw, spiritual and so freeing. One of the most beautiful experiences I have ever had.

I felt so held and safe in the group. It was a safe space for the wildness in me to be expressed in a healthy way.

Afterwards, the nervous system settles in community, over tea, conversation, and something sweet. Nothing here needs to be performed. You arrive exactly as you are.
