The Soul Session Arc
On enquiry- Three sessions across six to eight weeks
- A held arc: name the pattern, work the pattern, integrate and set direction
- A natural next step at the close of your first session, if it feels right
One session opens something. Three is where the pattern actually starts to loosen.

Why this isn't one and done
A single session can open a door. Staying with it is what walks you through.
Most women find that naming a pattern in one sitting brings real relief, and real questions. The Arc exists so that relief has somewhere to go. It has a shape and a natural close, not an open-ended commitment, so you always know where you are in the process.
