A Soul Session, or the Arc

A Soul Session is one session for what is alive now. The Arc is three sessions over six to eight weeks, for staying with something and allowing it to unfold.

One session opens something. Three is where the pattern actually starts to loosen.

Why this isn't one and done

A single session can open a door. Staying with it is what walks you through.

Most women find that naming a pattern in one sitting brings real relief, and real questions. The Arc exists so that relief has somewhere to go. It has a shape and a natural close, not an open-ended commitment, so you always know where you are in the process.
